Return & Cancellation Policy
Crystal products are considered unique pieces, as they contain your personal images. Therefore, once payment is completed, the product cannot be modified, exchanged, or returned—except in the following cases:
- The customer has the right to request a return within 24 hours of receiving the crystal product, in the event of:
- Damage (e.g., broken or cracked item), or
- Receiving an incorrect product.
- In such cases, the customer must contact our support team and provide a photo of the item to verify the issue. If the damage or discrepancy is confirmed, a new crystal with the original design will be sent as a replacement.
- Accessory products are non-returnable and will only be replaced in case of damage or malfunction (God forbid) within 24 hours of receipt. The customer must contact the support team and send a photo for verification, following the same process as above.
- If the customer reports damage to any included items, they must be returned for inspection. Upon confirmation of the damage, a new replacement of the same type will be provided.
- Printing will not begin until all required information is received from the customer and full payment is completed.
- The customer has the right to cancel the order if delivery is delayed more than 15 days from the purchase date without prior agreement.
- The customer may cancel the order after payment and before receiving the order confirmation from the store. However, once the order is confirmed, it cannot be canceled.
- In case of an approved return, the refund will be processed within a maximum of 14 days.
